The street is parallel to the coastal walk and located a few meters from the pretty volcanic local beech of San Telmo. It is a building of only 3 apartments so it is a very quiet community. The house is on the first floor and consists of living room and kitchen, with a single bedroom, bathroom with shower, a small balcony and a terrace. There were odd minor issues - what place doesn't? - but my wife and I very much enjoyed our month here. Would we return? Definitely! The Good: Comfy / Quiet / Excellent location / Sunny rear patio / Street balcony / Wi-fi But note: No air-con or celing fans. We decided that it was time to experience what it would really be like to live there as I said in my original application. This apartment was perfect for our needs in every way; we were close to shops, close to San Telmo for walks, we had a lovely private patio (yard) which really caught the sun, the apartment was easy to keep clean. We had been to the apartment while we were in Puerto de la Cruz in December so we did know what to expect in regard to the apartment and the facilities. We stayed for 2 months but the time seemed to go very quickly as we relaxed and warmed our bones. ##### Robert F. Sauberkeit am Anfang mangelhaft. Haben Bettwäsche gewaschen, das Geschirr gespült , den Backofen und Kühlschrank gereinigt, gesaugt und denDuschkopf getauscht, dann war es okay.
