"We have a issue whit our toilet for 2 days was making wear noises after you flushed, they give me a massage for me and my wife, but was kind of disturbed, also the page in Expedia said that you have one bottle of bounle wine per stay and they said than no and they charge me for bottle, there some amenities that they don’t have anymore but still advertised. "The resort was wonderful! I booked the Deluxe Pool View King and didn’t even realize it had a spiral staircase that lead up to a separate sitting area. A very cool surprise! If you are looking to stay somewhere that has a relaxing/chill vibe, this is the place to go. The only downside for me was the small pool. "We really enjoyed our stay. There were several things that we didn’t care for. The pools were very warm and not refreshing. The pools were also dirty and caused our suits to turn green from a film floating on top of the water. Our room was very nice and updated. However, our bed was extremely hard and caused my husband to have back pain throughout our stay. While most staff were friendly, there were some that seemed bothered when we would ask for something. "

"We were looking for an intimate, relaxed environment to celebrate our anniversary and the property exceeded our expectations. Although it is a slighly older property, it is exceptionally clean, with well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. The service provided at all eating locations and bars, was top notch and provided with a smile. Much appreciation to our butler "Juan" who handled all of our reservations and special requests allowing us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Shout out to "Jesus" who kept our glasses and bellies full while we lounged on the beach enjoying the view. We will definitely be returning in the near future!"
