During a challenging trip to Pueblo, Colorado, for my brother's funeral, Quality Inn provided exceptional support and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a genuine warmth that made our stay more manageable. The indoor pool was a welcome retreat, especially in the cold weather, offering a moment of relaxation amidst difficult circumstances. The cleanliness and overall quality of the accommodations were impressive, leaving no room for complaint. In a time of grief, their care and attention meant the world to us. We cannot thank Quality Inn enough for their outstanding service during such a trying period. Highly recommended.

I don't know if I was given the most dirty and stinky room because I used Expedia to book but the staff certainly mentioned that I booked through Expedia. Immediately walking in the room there was a strong unpleasant odor, had I not been so tired from driving, I would have just preferred to sleep in my vehicle. The carpet had a large and very noticeable dark stain, two of the pillows stunk, the bedding had stains, there was what looked like dried poop finger smear by the light switch to the bathroom and near the bathroom trashcan. There was also a dried blood smear just above the bathroom trashcan as if a female threw a sanitary product and hit the wall before it went in the trash. Besides the carpet having the large dark stain there were other stains, it looked dirty as in don't walk without shoes. The place had homeless in the back and the parking is dark. One of the exits from the parking lot had a deep pothole. This place is definitely not a place to stay for a family nor anyone going alone. I would never recommend this to anyone. I hope that Expedia cuts all ties with this particular place because I believe that as customers, we should expect quality businesses.

The upkeep and offerings of the hotel have declined since it became a Quality Inn instead of Comfort Inn. It seems a bit run down and no longer offers cable tv. The staff was very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. I will stay at another hotel the next time I have to stay overnight.

I am confused by the note about the tv as all of our room do have Cable TV in them. Hopefully you will give us an other chance in the future.

When I checked in, Rbean made me feel welcome and was very personable. I spoke with a couple staff members later and they were very pleasant. My room was in greatshape very comfortable.

Quick trip to colorado.
Reservations went well price was good. The room was huge and nice. But the beds sucked hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. But over all it was a good stay.

Climbed into the bathtub which makes cracking & popping noises, loudly. I have never encountered this before. The tub is a plastic shell of sorts but this one seems out of kilter.

I really liked the front desk clerk MARIAH she was soooo nice and courteous and she went far and beyond for me. She made sure I got a room where i could check on my car during the night. Her customer service skills are top notch..I liked the convenience of the location of the Hotel..plenty of places to eat and fuel up. The room was spacious the bathroom was clean...The only thing is the way the hall way smelled it definitely didn't smell clean...But Mariah deserves a raise! She is AWSOME!

Overall a decent stay found a couple of towels that were dirty from the previous guest rented so that makes me question the rest of the rooms cleanliness like the bed and other towels need housekeeping to do a better job

My family had absolutely the worst hotel stay I've ever had here, even worse than a Motel 6 or Super 8. They put us in an already occupied room, followed by a room that hadn't been through housekeeping, before finally a clean empty room. On top of that, the room keys didn't work for more than a few hours and were constantly having to be remade. Desk staff was keeping track of things on a notepad because their software was apparently garbage.
