Something I liked is that the hotel is close to the historic center but not very close that makes annoying the noise of church bells, car traffic and people early in the morning. Also, I like the breakfast in the morning, delicious food and very polite people.

La habitación del hotel no estaba en buenas condiciones: la caja de seguridad no tenía pila, los productos que ofrecen en las habitaciones como gel de baño, etc., estaban incompletos. Las almohadas estaban llenas de cabello del huésped anterior. Al solicitar apoyo en recepción, nadie contestaba y no fue hasta que baje, obtuve respuesta. Al solicitar el cambio de sábanas la recepcionista quería que yo como huésped cambie las sábanas de mi cama. La actitud de la recepcionista fue pésima, en ningún momento mostró vocación de servicio y ayuda para con los huéspedes. Se comportó de una manera arrogante e intransigente.
