Not a good tourist location
Far from Zocalo & tourist areas, not a good location for tourist. Area was iffy. Employees were okay during stay. However biggest disappointment, someone went through our stuff, nothing missing but not good. Doors are on the outside, doesn't show in pictures. Would stay again only if desperate. There are better locations closer to Centro. There is a Dominos nextdoor, also a gas station, taco stands & a small store.

Is okay for just a few nights ..is clean and it has what is needed
Reasoble price, clean and it has what is needed. The observation is that you do not receive a key for the room, the opening is controlled by the front desk. Unusual practices. Also the locking feature for the window did not work.

Simple but clean and quite
It's kinda bare bones: no coffee pot, no hangers, no A/C, no washcloths, no extra fluffy towels, and no clock. But it was quiet and clean. The staff heated up our food in their microwave and gave us extra towels on request. They were very friendly. The hotel probably doesnt have the extras because people would steal it. The shower was very modern and well equipped. There is a big window and we didn't need the a/c even in the summer since it gets cool at night. There's two grocery stores within walking distance and a pharmacy. Dominoes pizza and a gas station next to the hotel. Major interstate nearby. We will stay here again.

Scary neighborhood!! Awful accommodations!!
This hotel is a disgrace! No one should be subject to be placed in this hotel !! Located in awful and scary neighborhood!! Beds and pillows hard as rocks! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

Comfortable layover
For the price, this was a very comfortable stay. It is right in the middle of a loud bustling area of the city, but the grounds are secure. And the stay was surprisingly quiet given the location. We were driving and this was a comfortable affordable layover spot.

La línea telefónica no funciona Las camas muy duras, tienen un protector de colchón muy ruidoso, Ninguna habitación cuenta con llave propia, tienen que hablar a recepción y que abran la habitación

Me gustó que el vehículo estaba a tu vista todo el tiempo, un lugar muy amplio y limpio. No me agradó tanto que el timbre sonaba muy fuerte y se escuchaba desde muy temprano para los huéspedes que querían salir y que la bomba se escuchaba muy cerca de mi habitación pero fue algo tolerable el ruido, pude seguir durmiendo.

Una estadia muy placentera, en la administracion un buen servicio y muy amables, solo les sugiero verifiquen la información el app pues no cuentan con cafeteria y tampoco hay café y té en areas comunes, pero de ahí todo muy bien!

El hotel, la limpieza de las habitaciones y el servicio fue bueno, sin embargo me parece extraño que no te den llave de la habitación y que cada vez que quieras entrar debas solicitar a alguien de recepción que vaya a hacerlo por ti. Le quita toda la comodidad y privacidad a tu estancia.
