Good and nice please to stay . The staff is really good . I was expecting maybe a mini fridge at the room, but the rest is ok.

Great hotel - terrible city. Stay away!
If you really need to be in Puebla, then this is a great hotel. We have been travelling in Mexico for 8 weeks and this was, on balance, one of the very best "value for money"rooms. However, if you can avoid Puebla, you should do so. We got held up by the police on the way out for "driving on the wrong day" and subject to a 2000 peso on-the-spot fine. There was no argument, his 9mm pistol was in obvious view and his tone threatening. Subsequent research confirmed that Puebla has one of the most corrupt police forces in the country - stay away!!!

Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que se tuvieron durante su visita al estado de Puebla, desgraciadamente el tema de inseguridad es demaciado grande actualmente en nuestro pais. Ive stayed at this chain in different cities in Mexico. They're all identical. So no surprises. They're clean, professionally managed and safe. I just wish they'd add a couple of pillows. Their mattresses are very hard also.

Tiny but ok for 1 night.
This was a 1 night stopover for us. I would book the larger City Express next door as this room, although immaculate was just too small. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre in such a small space. Barely enough room for our suitcases. Breakfast was ok.

The cleanest Hotel I have seen in a long time
The Hotel is in an Industrial area, but served our purpose greatly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but I knew that already. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeeping does a perfect job. It's a Taxi ride or Bus into Centro, but there is a great place to eat right across the street from the Hotel. There is secure parking at Hotel, and I must say the Security in the evening, does a awesome job. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location and lots of restaurants close
Typical city express but our first time at a JUNIOR. The name says it all. Very compact room but it had everything that was needed. Breakfast was good. Casino across the street with a great Euro Pub however the food was mediocre. There were two other restaurants a block away and an OXXO across the street so no need to drive once you check in.

I think it is an excellent option when you are going to visit or work at VW, but not even having a car is a good option if you think to do anything else, tourist, school visit, etc. The internet service is not good, and the rooms are small, breakfast is average. Price is good if and only if you visit VW facility.

Very good businessperson's hotel
I have stayed at CityExpress hotels before and always found them ideal for my requirements on business trips. The City Junior Puebla Finsa is located across the main Puebla to Mexico City highway from Volkswagen. Finsa is dominated by Volkswagen and all of its hundreds of suppliers. This is a business location with lots of traffic noise, traffic and industrial buildings. To its credit the design and construction of the hotel manages to filter out about 90% of the highway noises. I liked the state of the art security system in the elevator. The doors will open but the car will not move without your specific entry card. And it will only give you access to the floor where your room is located. My room was compact. Everything had its place. Rather like being on a 40' yacht. The bathrrom had a water saving toilet. Great idea. The shower was super. So often hotel showers dribble water on you. There was plenty of hot water and strong pressure. A 32" LCD TV with lots of channels lacked High Definition. Bed was comfortable but then I am used to Mexican beds being a bit firmer than the beds back home. CityExpress hotels offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff was courteous. I will be back!

Convenient hotel... You only get what you paid for
Even though it is a brand new hotel, some room equipment were not working properly like AC and the bathroom extractor. It's a good choice if you look for price and convenience.

En realidad es muy muy pequeña la habitación no se percibe limpieza en todo el hotel no hay a donde comer cerca ni en el hotel solo hay un Oxxo a una cuadra entiendo es hotel a pie de carretera y para los que van de trabajo a esta gran fábrica de autos les queda bien pero de familia no ni al caso
