### Villa Gobi in French Colony, Beach front

Love - A Private beautiful One Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen Apartment with No Sharing of any Space. It is just 3 to 6 minutes' walk from White Town, French Colony, Rock Beach, Sri Aurobindo Ashram and all famous cafes. If you take a scooter on rent, everything is within 2 minutes' drive. The place is peaceful, ideal for two persons or with an infant. The kitchen has all utensils with Gas/induction to cook the meals. Hi Speed Wi-Fi, AC, Geyser, TV, Fridge, & all other things needed at a home is there.  
The space  
This one BHK private apartment is in Blossom Apartments. The place is quite calm, peaceful, safe, and secured.  
  
There is almost everything whatever people need to stay comfortably at a home. The amenities includes AC, Queen Bed, Sofa Set, Dining Table, Geyser, Microwave oven, Gas with Cylinder, Fridge, Internet App connected TV, High speed Wifi connection to work from home, All the Hawkins Futura utensils to cook, all the cutlery, and everything like like shampoo, body-wash and much more.  
  
The place is at 3-5 minutes’ walk to Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Rock Beach, White Town, and to all the renowned cafes of the city. If you will hire a two wheeler on rent (We can help you to hire) then you can cover all the visiting places within 1-2 minutes using the two wheeler from this place.  
  
This place is very sovereign, calm, and relaxing. You can enjoy the stay while near to the all major attractions of the city and still can enjoy indoor cooking, eating, living, and vibing with your loved ones.  
  
With our hosting experience of over 5 years at other properties, we created this place with all required amenities which are needed for a satisfying living for our lovely guests. We have took great care of ensuring that you will get everything possible to make your stay memorable in this low budget but without compromising on anything and yet at the great location of Kurichikuppam on Pappamal Koil Street.  
  
Two wheeler parking is inside, we can help you to get good two wheeler on rent. Four Wheeler parking is just 10-50 meters away from the premises and it is safe too. But We do not take any responsibility of four wheeler parking.  
Guest access  
Guest will have Access to entire flat, parking area, and terrace. Nothing to share inside the flat, all will be private.  
Other things to note  
No parking space for four wheeler in side the apartment.  
  
Check-out time is 10am  
Check-in time is after 12 noon  
  
Place is for two guests if you are coming with a kid / child, kindly inform me in advance as only queen bed is there.  
  
Smoking is not allowed and the guest will be responsible for washing of all the utensils used by them.  
  
Kindly keep the house neat and clean.
