You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Vacation home Eemeli by Interhome

108 km north-east of Oulu, River Iijoki 500 m, own boat at Sotkajärvi 2,5 km. Wooden cottage 2005, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/ bed, an extra bed and 2 mattresses, glazed porch. Separate sauna building (10m²) with dressing room, electric light and electric heating. Air source heat pump.  
  
There is a separate outbuilding (17m2) that can be rented by a separate agreement / payment from 1.4\. - 31.10\. yearly. A daily rental of 40 €, payable directly to the owner. four bed places. Rented together with the main cottage. Other times by different contract.  
  
Electric fat bike for rent 2 hours 30€, 4 hours 50€, 8 hours 80€. Please inquire in advance with the cottage owner.  
  
Included in price:  
ERV cancellation insurance  
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-01-18 - 2026-12-18)  
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-01-18 - 2026-12-18)

Mökin ympäristö ei vastannut odotuksia. Mökin tilavuus ei ole riittävävä 4 hengelle. Pesutilat/WC tilat ei vastanneet odotuksia. ( 3 tähteä ? )

#### Ver afgelegen

Huisje lag erg afgelegen in een bos. ( mer helaas veel muggen #.)Jammer was het dat er zoveel prive spullen van de eigenaar in stonden. Het bed was een slaapbank, veel wer k om uit te zetten. Sleutel overdracht was perfect. Eigenaar stond met ( engels sprekende) zoon ons op te wachten. We werden uitgebreid rondgeleid.
