La propiedad consta con tres cabañas estilo rústico equipadas completamente , construidas en un lugar campestre, con orilla de rio Trancura, terraza común amplia a 20 y 30 metros de cada cabaña con asadera con vista panorámica al río Trancura, lugar muy tranquilo, maravilloso y seguro, a tan solo 10 klms del centro de pucon y a solo 15 klms del centro de sky mas importante de la araucanía, a 10 klms de la playa grande de Pucón, cercano al paso hacia Argentina (50 klms) Mahuil Malal, y el pueblo autóctono de Curarrehue dónde hay varias comunidades
