This spacious 65 m² apartment is ideally located near the thermal baths and the town center, offering a pleasant and comfortable living environment for up to 6 people.  
  
The bright and welcoming living room includes a seating area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals. Access to a balcony is ideal for enjoying the lake view.  
  
Night Area:  
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, equipped with numerous closets.  
  
Bathroom:  
A bathtub and washing machine are available, and the bathroom has a toilet.  
  
Deposit:  
Upon arrival, a €1,000 security deposit will be required to guarantee the security of your stay. This property is managed by a professional agency, ensuring quality service.  
  
Additional services:  
Linen kit: €25 per person (including sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels).  
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €90.
