This cabin is perched at the bottom of a sturdy metal staircase. Wind your way down through the meadow where you can hear the stream flowing year-round, to the sweetest little cabin and sit on the deck to observe the wildlife and pollinators. A few steps away is your own hot tub to soak in and watch the snowflakes fall. Just a five minute drive from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. Modern and polished kitchen with a coffee bar and solid wood dining table, hang out worthy living room, upscale mountain décor, all of today’s conveniences and plenty of lovely outdoor space in the natural surroundings of the mountain. One of our guest favorites, this cabin will imprint on your heart. Room details and layout  Main level bedroom with queen bed and hall bathroom  Upstairs has a queen bed and couches tucked in nooks to chill  Be aware, the stairs to the upstairs room are steeper than usual and you must watch your step You will have this dwelling to yourself along with plentiful outdoor space. It is possible to drive straight to the front door of the Hideaway but only from May to October and you must have 4-wheel drive. It was peaceful and relaxing; plus the hot tub after hiking was and nearby spa were nice additions. Our biggest challenge was communication, in the outreach email the property manager offered to provide suggestions for things to do which I immediately asked for (same day in 2 months before the trip) and didn't hear back. On our "relax" day we couldn't go out to the patio because it was being painted and we were not informed that it was going to happen so it was a bit alarming to have random unexpected folks outside. Another day we had someone parked in the driveway to check out rocks near the property. Not a huge deal, it was just a bit unexpected and we had no heads up. The only problem was the stairs to the bedroom were way too steep. It was more like a ladder. A few people fell down them. It is quite dangerous. Other than that. It was exactly as described. There is plenty there to enjoy. It is fully stocked. The beds are comfy. The hot tub is splendid. I loved the experience. I just wish i had known about the stairs. It was a bit crazy. ##### Julia H. My kids loved being down by the river. The stairs are no joke hauling things up and down. I wouldn't recommend if you aren't in a condition to go up and down all the stairs. Had a great time out playing in the mountains all day long then coming back and relaxing on the back deck to the sounds of the running water and enjoying some evening time in the hot tub.
