The apartment is just steps to town, restaurants and beach, but is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by lovingly maintained homes and gardens. The property features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private deck (with ocean views), a separate living room, an updated and sparkling-clean bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large common courtyard garden with patio furniture, grill, outside sink and outside shower. On-site parking for one car is included. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the west end and close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. The activity of Commercial Street is a 5 min walk away (Perry’s, Joon, shopping, etc.), the beach a short bike ride, the Red Inn a quick walk and Relish at the end of the block. The apartment was clean with a well appointed living room and a really nice bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also a nice size. It was perfect for 2 people. There was also a wonderful deck with views of the harbor that was nice for evening cocktails and just relaxing. The outdoor shower was also a treat after a day at the beach. The owners Richard and Peter live on the property and are wonderful. They are very accommodating and helpful. We had a very nice stay at this property and would definitely stay there again.
