We were two couples, so it was great to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms en suite. The outdoor spaces on the front porch and patio were wonderful and the location is very convenient and walkable. The only downside for us was one of the owners lives in the unit upstairs and had quite a few guests during the week. A family of five with three teenagers and a dog for the first couple of days, then about four or five adult friends with two dogs for the remainder. We definitely could hear noise above us as they moved about as well as dogs barking occasionally. However, it wasn’t awful and they did adhere to the quiet times for the most part From 11 PM to 8 AM. The condo was beautiful, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The landscaped, peaceful, and private yard was our favorite feature and where we spent the majority of our time. Would have loved even more outdoor furniture. The property is on a quiet street and of course its proximity to Commercial Street was a luxury. To top it off, Ralph was responsive and accommodating.
