This first floor condo is only a short walk from Commercial Street and steps to the beach and embodies the best of the Ptown experience! You will love spending time lounging around the lovely pool and exploring all that Commercial Street has to offer! As this property is only steps from the beach, you won't have to venture far to breathe in that relaxing ocean breeze. \-- THE SPACE -- Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed The first floor condo offers all of the necessary comforts of home, including air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-unit laundry, and wireless internet access. After memorable beach days, prepare a fantastic home-cooked meal of freshly caught lobster in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you'll need for your culinary masterpiece. Kick back and relax with your loved ones around the 50-inch flat screen TV, complete with Roku and Netflix; you'll never run out of entertainment options in your downtime! \-- GUEST ACCESS -- In addition to the full condo, you'll have access to the pool with lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. The pool is professionally maintained and shared with the other two condos in our building. You will also have your private front patio with a table and chairs for dining or socializing. Spend leisurely evenings strolling along the boardwalk, shopping at the many independent stores and art galleries or dining at one of the delicious waterfront restaurants, where you can bask in the panoramic bay views. Further, relish in the nautical Ptown experience by visiting all the local favorites. Grab a bite to eat at Joe Coffee & Cafe, just around the corner from the condo. Take a walk through history by visiting the nearby Pilgrim Monument - dedicated in 1910 to commemorate the first landing of the Pilgrims in 1620\. From here, adventure down MacMillan Pier to the Whydah Pirate Shipwreck Museum, where you will touch and see 300-year-old pirate coins, Akan gold jewelry, rare navigation instruments, pirate pistols and more! Don't forget your dancing shoes - Be sure to stop by the world famous Boatslip Resort, home to Provincetown's largest tea dance. Every afternoon, dance your heart out at this iconic gay and lesbian resort to some of the hottest DJs in dance music. You can’t beat this spot for placement. It is literally steps from the public beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo is new, bright, beautifully furnished and decorated, with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a bath, and a full, U-shaped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Everything is just as presented online, if not even better, really. The place was certainly bigger than I expected. I think the way it’s so efficiently laid out just makes the property seem more spacious. Plunge pool (which we did not use) and small picket-fenced patio with Adirondack chairs (which we did use, daily) are a bonus. We brought our mini schnauzer with us so we were delighted to have a little space where she could enjoy being outside, and we humans enjoyed joining her, reading in the Adirondacks while she watched the world go by down Atlantic Street. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs. It does not get better than this. We will be back! ##### Vicki B. The home was clean and the neighbors were friendly. The pool was a great way to cool after a long day walking town or recouping from the sun on the beach. The front porch was a super fun way to enjoy the morning and people watch. Fortunately, the weather was perfect except for one day. There were 2 umbrellas for our use. My only constructive criticism was that the amenities were simplistic. There we no toiletries other than hand soap. Additionally, there was only 1/2 roll of TP in the home for 4 people for a week. We did make a call and email to the cleaning crew with no response. Again, these are minor inconveniences that a quick trip to the store fixed. We would definitely stay again! ##### Marc N. Beautiful home, perfect location and super, super clean!! My husband, best friend, almost 3 year old son were so beyond happy during our stay at Happy Ours. Amy & Julie have thought of everything, were so great at communicating and put together the most thorough handbook via Google Docs for your stay! The pool was beyond perfect for our little guy and made our stay so much easier. The location is minutes away from everything, but still quiet (which is great if you have a toddler like me!) The location to Commercial Street couldn’t be any better. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and then back to a quiet street at the end of the night. We had a wonderful stay at "Happy Ours," the home is lovely, well appointed, has a POOL (a huge hit with our kiddos!), we were able to bring our dog (a rarity, and saves so many logistical hassles for us on vacations), and it was just a short walk to all the action on Commercial Street. We felt very spoiled being able to stay here for a full 2 weeks, and hope to be able to come again. Amy was responsive, super helpful and kind (even when needing to remind us about the no-dogs-by-the-pool rule, which we accidentally whiffed on! Read the full house rules so you don't make mistakes like we did … the neighbors are really great, it was important to us to be good neighbors as well). It is in the perfect location with easy access to everything you could possibly want to do whether that be shopping on Commercial Street or exploring the beaches and bike paths in the National Seashore.
