Welcome to this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse located close to Commercial Street and Provincetown’s beaches. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this well-maintained home is designed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.  
  
Inside, the spacious living area features a fireplace and air-conditioning, creating a cozy atmosphere in any season. The fully equipped kitchen, modern finishes, and impeccably clean interiors make this townhouse a standout choice. The layout includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, providing plenty of space for rest and relaxation.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy the large private deck, perfect for unwinding, or retreat to the third-floor balcony for a quiet moment with a view. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a beach day, and a washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.  
  
Onsite parking for two cars is provided, though a car isn’t necessary. Dining, galleries, shopping, and local attractions are all just a short distance away.  
  
This Provincetown townhouse offers a prime location and modern amenities, making it an excellent choice for those looking to experience the best of Cape Cod.  
  
Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $530 Cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes. (Linens Included).

\*Cancellation Policy\*  
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
