Was not happy with getting message the day before saying the washing machine was broken and they didn’t offer anyone to come fix it. They offered to cover dry cleaning fees but because of the timing and how busy Ptown was for carnival this was not realistic (for us nor the companies we inquired with). Also a basic consideration for leaving more towels and sheets since the machine was inoperable would have been nice (one towel per person for the entire stay was not ideal).The living room setup leaves a bit to be desired couch is very small; a sectional might have made better use of the space. Also having both bathrooms on the main floor and none upstairs was less ok than we expected. Check out time by 9am is a bit ridiculous as well. Overall decent stay, would definitely not seek the place out again but would not be super upset if it was all that was left to stay in. Additionally, the company itself and lack of consideration will have me booking elsewhere next year. ##### Brian H. Located behind Shop Therapy and just steps away from MacMillan Pier it’s extremely convenient for those taking the Boston ferry. We also enjoyed being close to the CVS and the Portuguese Bakery with just a short walk to night life in West End. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The only minor complaint we had were the bedroom skylights didn’t appear to have any shade or way to block the sun coming in for those that wanted to sleep a bit longer. The beds and bedding were first rate, although we were dismayed to find that both bathrooms were on the first floor. One was lovely..situated as an ensuite connected to one of the private bedrooms. But the other was basically the laundry room, outfitted with a stall shower and toilet. Two of the three bedrooms are on the second floor - and with no bathroom up there, the three guests sleeping on the second floor were designated to use that "multi-use" bathroom....but all five guests were in and out of that space to do laundry . Privacy was out the window. Unless you are vacationing as a family or a group of friends who were very comfortable together, this property might not be optimal. One suggestion for the owners..the broken down stairs/deck at the entrance was very unsightly..would be great to upgrade that entrance to reflect the level of this pretty apartment. ##### Veronica W.
