I was there for 4 nights, and a few of those days I was basically homebound due to stormy rains and winds. And, I didn't mind one bit, because I had all that I needed. This place is clean, modern, classy, and pristine. Gerard is the perfect host who is there for you should you need anything every step of the way. We've stayed in a lot of places near and within Provincetown. This space didn't feel comfortable for us. It's just too small. When you pull out the bed, there is virtually no room to walk around it. No couch but two living room chairs that are soiled a bit. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it didn't feel like something that we felt we could relax in. The owners have tried to maximize the space and by the photos, it looks a little more spacious but it is not. We shared a wall with neighbors and there were people above so there is noise at times. It's a small space, not one that would work for big groups to hang out--but for the two of us, it couldn't have been better. Impeccably clean & comfortable, with terrific use of storage. The location is fantastic as well. It's just a block away from Commercial Street, so very accessible to all there is to do there; and that block is just far enough so that the nights are quiet.
