"Dune crest hotel has a really good staff and the location in cape cod is convenient if you want to explore other places than ptown. The property conditions could be better, the hotel has a really good potencial to be even better. It was a good deal taking in consideration the price, breakfast, parking and location (only 7 min to ptown by car)"

"Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms on “Upper Deck” are small but well appointed. The ac was very loud but that helped to drown out other sounds. I think they were doing laundry in the building because the whole room was shaking when I was trying to nap. Not terrible but not ideal. My father had a room on the first floor and that was great! Large, quiet, everything you need. Breakfast is good if you can eat gluten and dairy. All in all we would stay here again. "
