« My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool.

« Parking was easy, but a small lot. The room was quite nice, very spacious for the price. When we had an issue the lady at the front desk was wonderful and helped us out right away. But a different lady the following morning wasn't great. She didn't seem to want to help us with anything and was on a personal phone call the whole time. The breakfast was bad. And the elevator... « Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. »
