Ideally situated on Ocean Point, it is just a short stroll to Taylor Bay Beach, one of Providenciales' best kept secrets. This spectacular vacation home is a beautiful example of traditional island style, with an open floor plan and a light and airy color palette. A spacious screened porch provides exquisite views of the bay, bringing the outdoors in. When the pristine turquoise waters beckon, their shallow warmth can be enjoyed from your own private ocean swim platform. Whether you’d prefer to jump in, or glide along on the villa’s kayaks, the choice is yours. The home itself is flawless, with five bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 guests, please see specific guidelines below. Each bedroom features a private bathroom, and every inch of the house is air conditioned to offer a cool reprieve from the Caribbean heat. The full kitchen and outdoor grilling area provide ample space to prepare a delicious meal with fresh seafood purchased nearby. It was very clean and property managers were very responsive when 1\. The WiFi was mostly available in main rooms of the house. There were 9 of us so we had to take turns at times. 2\. Very windy during our stay, but Taylor Bay was fairly calm and only a 3 min walk from the house. Amenities were nice, but the grill was broken (maintenance guy said it required a new part to be ordered), there is no garbage disposal (may be a septic issue), and there was little to no water pressure three of the days we were here. The water pressure was a neighborhood issue due to maintenance work being done, but just a heads up about that possibility. We recommend grabbing some bottled water to last awhile in case that happens during your stay. If you are looking to rent jet skis, call “rent a ski” on sopadilla bay beach and they will deliver them straight to the villa. Las Brisas is a tasty local restaurant worth checking out if you don’t feel like cooking every night. Overall it’s a nice setup that has what you need, and the recent renovations were well done. ##### Brent B. The steps leading into ocean were perfect. We spent lots of time floating in the ocean right in front of the house. The closest restaurant is about a 3 minute drive and it was fantastic. Sopadilla Beach is also about a 3 minute drive and has jet skis for rent as well as paddle boards, etc. Adele met us at the house and was only a phone call away for anything that we might have needed. ##### RODNEY P. Each room was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare a meal. The view was exceptional! But the best part of all was the screened in upper deck where we enjoyed every meal and relaxed on the couches in the evenings. We enjoyed paddling in the kayaks, floating in the pool and just overall relaxing in this home. However, we also ventured out from this peaceful environment to enjoy the near by beaches of Taylor Bay, Sapodilla and Grace Bay, all very close by. The restaurant less than a mile away, Las Brisas, serves delicious food along the waterfront if you would like a break from cooking or grilling on the outdoor grill. ##### Kathy H.
