Sandy Beaches is a 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom beachfront estate villa in the exclusive Long Bay area on the Southeast tip of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. The fabulous views enhance the beautiful design and décor of this holiday villa. A 3-bedroom option is also offered as an alternative when five bedrooms are not required (for parties of 6 or fewer, the 3-bedroom option is available--note: babies and toddlers contribute toward the occupancy). Sandy Beaches’ pool terrace offers sunny and shaded lounging areas with inviting deck furniture and an infinity-edge pool that provides a stunning refuge from the hustle and bustle of normal life. The pool has two fish fountains that squirt water into the pool and an in-pool bench with hydrotherapy jets to help you relax while experiencing spectacular beach views and enjoying refreshing, gentle trade breezes. The pool house offers the convenience of a bathroom and an outside shower. The beachfront Tiki-Hut provides a shady area with breathtaking views, a perfect place to enjoy a cool drink, and a good book. Walk past the pool deck and take the steps down to the white sands of Long Bay Beach, a tropical paradise perfect for a swim or long beach stroll along 3 miles of powder-white sands. Grill some freshly caught fish on the Weber Gas BBQ on the pool deck and enjoy a cocktail at night while taking in the amazing star-filled sky. You might see a comet! You will be amazed by the spectacular sunrise over the ocean in the morning as you sip your morning coffee and enjoy breakfast. Each of the five bedrooms has its bathroom, cable TV, and phone. Free high-speed internet, a DVD player, DVDs, stereo, CDs, a hairdryer, pool, beach toys, paperback books, and board games. A friendly and knowledgeable property manager can answer your questions and provide guidance, based on your preferences, on how best to maximize your enjoyment while on the island. For the more adventuresome, kiteboarding and horseback riding can be enjoyed along the northern section of Long Bay Beach, and Dive Boats, Fishing Boats, and Jet Skis can be found at the Caicos Marina to the south. Many days we were the only people on the beach. It’s quiet, private, and very relaxing. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Security is good with a gate that is kept closed at all times. Plenty of room for our family of 8 - 4 adult couples with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.Cons:Regardless of listing description, there was no property manager on site or even on island. After multiple attempted calls, we learned that the number provided by TC Villas was not accurate. The property reflects some management neglect. There is garbage everywhere, to the point that we made an effort to pick up some everyday. The water heater for the 2 basement bedrooms didn’t work at all, and two different repairmen had to be called. The pool went down at least 12 inches in 5 days, which also required a call to be fixed. The dishwasher was barely functioning and dirty dishes came out dirty after a cycle. We knew that Long Bay Beach won't disappoint and opted to rent a villa from TC Villas and it was wise decision.The villa is right on the beach, with every single thing available to us, including beach chairs.The villa is secluded, giving the privacy and full comfort for all 10 people including a toddler. We loved being on a shore, in a very quiet neighborhood, yet very short drive to shopping and restaurants.The communication with the management was great as well as clear instructions for check in/check out. We were unaware that the 2 bedrooms downstairs had no access through the house and that was a little inconvenient but overall the house was perfect for our group. And Bob was awesome! ##### Laura H. We had four teenage girls downstairs and the adults upstairs: it worked out perfectly. The beach is quiet which was so nice. It's a narrow strip of beach and the water is shallow. The little deck down by the water is cute- I think we may have used it more if there had been lounge chairs instead of the pretty Adirondacks but they were perfect for morning coffee. The location is fairly central so it was quick to the airport, Grace Bay and other restaurants. You definitely need a car. The property was clean and everything in working order. Plan on needing everything: no small toiletries, paper towels, extra toilet paper, detergent, etc. All in all, a beautiful, roomy spot for a couple of families! ##### James F. Beach was full of seaweed unfortunately so not really useable. I guess that all depends on time of year you go. Have to have a car to get around. Property management was great, extremely helpful.
