Ocean Edge is the center villa in the trio of The Villas at Grace Bay, three beautifully designed, one-bedroom villas on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Each beachfront villa offers a private plunge pool, two levels of living space outfitted with tasteful, modern décor, multiple terraces, and stunning views of both Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina. The comfortable beach-level living room features a 40″ Google TV, though who would choose to watch TV when you can enjoy a beautiful view from your sliding glass doors? The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, or you can grill fresh fish on the BBQ grill area on the pool patio and dine alfresco. Walk upstairs to a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, where you will awaken to turquoise views of Grace Bay. You can also enjoy the view while relaxing in the giant granite tub or from the two balconies: one looks over Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina! Open both french doors to enjoy a relaxing salt-air breeze through your master bedroom. The Villas at Grace Bay are conveniently located a short walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina, which offers six restaurants, a dive shop, boating and sailing excursions, and more. Notes: • At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge their service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. • Complimentary pool heater. • Please note​ this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Very clean and beautiful villa. The check in and check out was easy. You do need to rent a car if you plan to go out or to the grocery store, which we did both. Only recommendation is to bring bug spray with you, lots of mosquitoes on the island. We lost power one night due to an accident, had to open the sliders for fresh air and woke up with excessive bites on my legs and arms. Perfect for me and my husband. Great setup/layout with everything you need. The views were amazing. We especially loved the plunge pool and the great snorkeling in the ocean which was just steps away from the villa. The location in Turtle Cove is nice. Away from the business of Grace Bay but super easy to get wherever you wanted to go with a rental car. The only downside is when you leave, you're going to be very depressed! The communication was amazing throughout the entire experience. We were even allowed to drop our bags off early and if housekeeping was complete with cleaning, we were allowed to completely check-in early. The villa was EXACTLY as pictured; couldn't have been more accurate. They thought of EVERYTHING even having beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella available for us to use not only at the villa but also to take with as we visited other beaches. We had housekeeping mid week which was great to have things refreshed. The villa was stocked with everything we needed and more. It is in a great location on Smiths Reef and within walking distance to Shark Bite, Mangos, and a few other restaurants in Turtle Cove. It is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Grace Bay, Long Bay Beach, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay should you want to get out and experience other beaches. The pool was just the icing on the cake to take a dip in whenever we wanted. We cannot wait to visit T&C again and stay with TC Villas! ##### Amanda F. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we booked the villa again for November while we were there in May. The views from the upper balcony are spectacular. Spent many hours each day floating in our private pool and snorkeling out front at Smiths reef. The villa provides everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked which includes a toaster, blender, 2 coffee makers (drip and K-Cup) and microwave. We enjoyed our evening walks to Turtle Cove Marina for dinner. Sharkbites restaurant has wonderful sunset views. It was 19 years since we visited Provo and not much had changed other than the new shopping areas in the Grace Bay hub area. We have now found our new favorite vacation spot here at Ocean Edge Villa. Thank you TC Villas and the local management company Island Escapes TCI for providing quick service when we had questions. It is a gorgeous place with everything that you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is spotless with a modern decor. It is right on smiths reef so if you enjoy snorkeling this is the place for you. We walked everyday to the reef and snorkeled for hours. We saw stingrays and many different types of fish big and small. We also saw a barracuda. It was a good 6 feet in length. The beach is very private and the water is warm and inviting. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and everything that is needed is close by including an IGA for groceries. The setting is more natural instead of the more touristic part of Grace Bay.
