Stylish studio near Grace Bay. This private studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, dining table and private deck.It isvery close to the Beach.  
This is a private studio on the 2nd floor. Guests will be required to climb \~14 stairs to access the room.  
Shared Laundry Facilities available onsite.  
Guests enjoy our property and its proximity to the beach. This studio unit can be combined withour 3 bedroom/2 Bath unit for a 4 bed/3bath unit. Both can be rented separately (see other listings) or combined.
