Excellent property in great location, about a 2 minute walk from beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. On-property caretaker Alex is wonderful. It felt quiet and secure. Parts of house can run hot because of layout and A/C set-up, but I think that's pretty typical.
I'd be happy to stay here again!
A few details that might be helpful to others:
The umbrella/chair situation is a little confusing. They provide them in the rooms (good quality) for you to carry to the beach. I thought from the description that there were chairs and umbrellas at the beach-- there are a few lounge chairs reserved that are permanently located at the back of the beach, but you would have to rent the umbrella. This is all fine, but was confusing to sort out at first.
The check-in/out requires going by their office and physically picking up/returning the key-- just be aware that the office is near the airport, so it does require going across town from the beach, and you'll need to plan for that extra travel time back and forth on check-out day if you're trying to stay later in the day on the beach.
If you plan to cook, my experience was that the kitchen was well-equipped, but anything at all you need to cook with-- salt, oil, anything-- you'll need to buy. There wasn't anything already stocked.
