Welcome to Turquoise Turtle, a chic, modern, private waterfront Caribbean condo that sleeps up to 4 persons. Walk to Grace Bay Beach and Smith's Reef. Adorned with a King bed and a queen sleeper sofa bed, our spacious and well-kept condo enjoys breathtaking water views, romantic sunsets, and tranquil breezes. Located on the 2nd floor of the C building, you can access the condo via the elevator or stairs. Please read our 5 Star reviews. We are excited to host you. Accommodation - completely private and all yours. King-size bed in Primary Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sleeper, Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional half bathroom off the living room. Full kitchen and laundry room, a SMART television in the living room. The condo is accessed by an elevator or stairs. LOCATION Walk to Baci and Sharkbite restaurants via the waterfront boardwalk, or stroll further to the famous Simones Bar and Grill or Mango Reef on the water. Grace Bay Beach is under 10 minutes to walk to the most amazing white sand beach with turquoise ocean water and one-of-a-kind snorkeling on Smith's Reef. The island's largest grocery store, the IGA Supermarket, is less than a 5-minute drive away. Water sports and dive shops are located on the Marina, a short walk from the condo. Check-in time - 4:00 p.m - conducted with the Condo Ambassador in your suite, who will provide a brief orientation and point out things to do, places to see, and more. Check out time - 11:00 am. We do not offer luggage storage. An early check-in or late checkout attracts a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate plus 12% tax. HOUSEKEEPING—An exit housekeeping fee is charged. The condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals and eat-in. It was within walking distance of several restaurants, and a short drive to many more. Beach access to Smiths Reef for snorkeling was a 5min walk and we enjoyed swimming with sea turtles our first day out! The other walking distance beach was beautiful and very quiet. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring the many public beaches on the island. The biggest issue we had was with the check in process. All of the condos we have rented at the Yacht Club did keyless check in so you didn't have to wait for someone to meet you and let you in. My husband and I have been to Provo many times, staying at condos/hotels in a variety of places, and the condos at the Yacht Club do not disappoint. Our 1-bedroom condo was in walking distance to Smith's Cove and some of our favorite restaurants (Shark Bite and Baci). The location is quiet and peaceful, with great views of the marina from the balcony. The unit was tastefully decorated, with everything we needed within the unit. We called Alex when we had gotten our car; he was there waiting for us. He gave information about where to eat and other tips. The unit has everything you need to cook meals if you want. Nice appliances, washer & dryer. We are thankful for the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. While you're there I hope you travel around Provo; it's beautiful. Shark Bite has a good grouper sandwich, Baci has good spagetti and meatballs and lasagna, Mango Reef is awesome. In Grace Bay, Shay Cafe is open 7-2 for breakfast; it is good. Da Conch shack is overrated, but an exciting experience if you go on Wednesday make a reservation or you will not get in. ##### David G. Alex was over the top friendly and had great recommendations for dining and activities. The condo was spotless, well appointed, perfectly located, quiet, with friendly full time resident neighbors. Although not beach front, Smith's Reef is just a short few minute walk down the lightly traveled road. We never saw more than 6 people on the beach at any given time. The reef is just a short few yards swim with beautiful snorkeling. Close by is the best restaurant we visited, Boci, with incredible seafood dishes and friendly service (better than the overrated Coco Bistro). Be sure to rent a car, everything on the island is a very short drive away. The swimming pool on the property is constantly kept clean and tranquil. If we make it back to Turks and Caicos again, we will definitely be staying here. Idylic place to sit on the balcony and watch the marina activity and sunset. Pool facilities are first class and along with the gardens. Loved the nearby restaurants.
