We had no issues with the villa until the 2nd night. The air conditioining units in both rooms that were located upstairs went out on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th night. The property manager with TKCA, I forgot her name, was very responsive and had a maintenance guy come out pretty quickly each time we called. TKCA eventually upgraded us to another villa , Moringa Villa, which was much bigger than our original villa. There was no additional cost for the upgrade, TKCA also gave us a 30% discount on our original purchase, and 2 complimentary bottles of wine due to the inconvience. TKCA went above and beyond to ensure our visit was not affected by the issues with the AC.
