We are located just minutes away from Grace Bay beaches. Our cottage features vaulted wood beam ceiling and tile floors. It has an open concept design with a queen size bed, night tables, closet and dresser. The living room area has a chair and a love seat, cable tv and Wi-Fi . The kitchen has a stove and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen is supplied with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, cups and glasses. The cottage is equipped with A/C and paddle fans. The attached laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board for your convenience. Bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and sink. The cottage has a private pool with loungers and umbrella. There is a propane BBQ for your use outside the cottage Relax around the pool with a running water fall or take a kayak on the canal. Our properity is lined with beautiful palm trees, almond tree and colorful flowers which provide a beautiful serene atmosphere. You can snorkel and see many of the colorful fish along our beaches. You have easy access to the canal via the boat ramp. As well as being beautiful by nature we have a year round average temp of 80 degrees F. We are located just 10 minutes from Grace Bay beaches, shopping, golf coarse and restaurants. We will meet you at the airport on arrival or at the car rental office, then you can follow us to the property, which is only minutes away from the airport. The private pool was a real plus and the property is very nice and well maintained. Patty, her husband and Jeano were very welcoming and helpful. Patty was very communicative and always responded to all comments or queries right away. The cottage is as pictured and was what we anticipated and needed. Jeano met us at the airport car rental so we could follow her back to the property. She gave us many details and hints that were much appreciated about shopping, beaches, and all manner of info about the guest cottage and the property adjacent. We met Miki later on who also was pleasant and helpful. T&C has beautiful beaches. Sticker shock is a THING, but if you are prepared you will be fine. I recommend you read other comments from other viewers for more friendly suggestions about where to go, eat, etc and the guest book in the cottage for tips as well. Wish we had found this little gem earlier, we loved the cottage, it had everything needed for a very relaxing week. We spent the mornings on different beaches or exploring the island and the afternoons were spent in the private little pool of our backyard oasis. If you want time to just relax away from the hustle and bustle of other areas on Provo, this could be your perfect place. It was ours! Patty was very responsive to questions before our arrival and Jeano was very helpful and gave us lots of info on the island. Enjoyed our chats with Jeano. We hope to be back next year! ##### San A. Having been to the island twice before, I will say that this quaint, comfy cottage far exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing!! The entire process from talking with Patty prior to our trip, to messaging with Patty and Jeano, the incredibly helpful woman/property manager on island, could not have gone any better. We had an amazing stay on the property, as it was clean, comfortable, and the pool/outdoor space was a 10+. Kayaking on the canal right from the property was a truly memorable part of our trip as well. You will need to rent a car to get you to an from the airport and to travel to the island's remarkable beaches, but cars are quite affordable. The private pool with the waterfall was lovely for sitting out for breakfast and after beach days in the afternoon/evening. Micki and Jeano were both friendly and helpful. Really appreciated all the beach towels and the beach chairs were very comfortable and easy to carry. There is a beach umbrella also but pretty windy most days to use it. The host has created as much storage space as possible in the bathroom with wire shelving, etc. The kitchen was well appointed, including plastic’s storage containers for leftovers. The bar sink in the kitchen was a challenge when washing dishes and took some creative maneuvering to get some bigger items washed. I think a faucet with a sprayer might be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with many thoughtful touches like a large and small cooler, several cooler packs in the freezer, etc. The washer/dryer was handy and people had left detergent and dryer sheets. There’s a double kayak and a single kayak for guest use too and the canal is a great place to explore. Be advised that you need to provide your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. The cottage is in the flight path of the airport, so planes are prevalent during the day. Overall a comfy home base after exploring the beautiful Provo beaches! ##### Cathy S. Great little cottage that has everything you need. Definitely need a car to get a round but you are close to everything if you have a car. The moment we walked in I said, I couldn't have booked us a better place. Instant bliss in the location, property layout, and amenities provided. Owner and property manager were spot on thru out. I cant say how much we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, had everything we needed plus some. Pool was private and we spent way to much time in there. The small details is what makes this place stand out above the others we have stayed at before. The cottage is away from the crowded resorts but still central to everything. Each day we explored new adventures and yet were able to return to the cottage for lunch (food is surprisingly expensive). The cottage was clean, cozy & comfortable and it quickly felt like home. My wife and I enjoyed nine days at this very cute functional ,centrally located cottage . It is small but it has everything you need to base your stay at Provo. This was our third time in Provo so we had a good feel for the Island . The location is pretty much right in the middle of the island which made it great for exploring the many beaches that are scattered throughout the island. I most point out our favorite beach is Taylor beach which is located in Taylor bay. The cottage has very nice beach chairs and many towels available plus a large cooler that we packed every day!!!! The price point and the many amenities that are offered at this cute little cottage make it such a great bargain on an island that is known to be a little pricey you really can't go wrong. If your looking for high end this isn't it. This is clean and functionable , and as seen in the pictures .The little private pool is absolutely perfect ! I couldn't end my review without mentioning Patty the owner who is one of the best I've dealt with on VRBO. We have used VRBO approximately eight or nine times without any issues however sometimes they are not as responsive or as helpful as Patty. I also would be remiss not to mention Gino and Miki who help Patty make everything work since they live in Provo. Gino , Miki I'm giving you both virtual hugs right now !!! thank You both for helping us make this a trip to remember If your on the fence jump off and book Palm Breeze Bay cottage- Hope this helps . ##### Dan D. Absolutely charming and cozy, perfect for two people. It is 10 minutes away from the beach. We loved that we can unwind and relax at our new home after spending our day enjoying the island. Property manager Miki and the cleaning lady Jean are what makes this place the very best stay for us so far. They both took the time to give us guidance and whatever we needed, they were very personable. This is our first time at the island, they made this stay a perfect 10! We appreciated the small pool and enjoyed kayaking from the door on the canals out to the lagoon. The villa itself was very clean and had pretty much everything you could need. A couple of issues with the air con and the tv were sorted straight away. The fly screens on the doors could use some attention. Thanks to Miki for greeting us at the airport and taking us to the car hire place. And thanks also to Jeano for the nice chats and tips about the island.
