Protected by lush gardens surrounding the property, you and your friends and family will feel like you are on your own private island. 5 air-conditioned bedrooms comfortably accommodate larger groups. All bathrooms have been remodeled, there is a large outdoor screened area as well as a huge poolside sun deck. You may never want to leave the villa, although the best of what Providenciales has to offer is just a short drive away. After spending over 15 years vacationing on the island, the owner discovered this incredible location that combines privacy and island-style luxury. Whether you simply want a serene place to soak in the pool while reading a good book or to go offshore for the fishing trip of a lifetime, there are no limitations at Villa Moonshadow. The villa includes a private dock and three two-person kayaks. The ocean is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, snorkeling or casting a line for a variety of fish. Moonshadow has a fully functional, well-equipped kitchen with all of the conveniences of home. Whether grilling fresh locally-caught lobster or fish on the state-of-the-art outdoor grill or cooking up breakfast, lunch or dinner indoors, you have the flexibility to dine at the villa or enjoy any of the great restaurants within minutes of your driveway. Several grocery stores are nearby, including a large IGA that stocks everything you would expect from a mainland store. The villa benefits from an almost constant trade wind that provides almost perfect conditions, but ceiling fans and air conditioners are also in every room (see note below). The villa has two washers and dryers! You will not be disappointed by everything from the kitchen, beds, linens and the furniture. It all allows your stay to be worry free and comfortable. As someone who lives nice things, this house delivers. We had groceries delivered and the proprty manager coordinated the delivery. Make sure to get a car as tons of great restaurants but we did breakfast and lunch daily at home. Beach access terrific, easy to snorkel and the deck area does not disappoint. Communications with Claudius and Michael were prompt and professional. I really felt like they were there to help make our stay perfect. The villa is clean, modern and spacious. It’s conveniently located about 12 minutes away from the airport and is a 1 minute walk to the beach. It’s well stocked with everything you could possibly need to entertain and prepare meals. The true highlight of this villa is the incredible staff at Blue Heron who took wonderful care of us from the moment we booked the villa until we arrived safely back home. Rochelle was wonderful and prompt with responses to every question we had from car rentals, excursions, grocery delivery, restaurant reservations, hiring a personal chef and much more. Michael the butler was at the villa to welcome us and show how everything worked in the house. His welcome punch was so tasty and when we asked how we could make it, he showed up at the villa to make more. He gave us free use of a local phone so we wouldn’t incur any international costs on our own phones and answered on the first ring whenever we called. Turks and Caicos is stunning so you probably would have a nice stay no matter what villa you choose but Rochelle and Michael were the icing on top. Thanks to them we were able to focus on having the best time and creating wonderful memories with our family. It’s a stunning property in an absolutely ideal location. It’s incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well stocked. Friends of ours had pointed us in the direction of this lovely neighborhood with access to the uncrowded, calm and spectacularly beautiful Taylor Bay beach, and we were lucky to find this property. We had a wonderful vacation and found it hard to leave the beautiful and well-appointed home and it’s unbelievable views. You won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay here. We found the bar seating facing the water the most common spot to gather (not pictured in the listing) - “Pancakes by the Sea” we’re enjoyed every morning by the kids and sunset cocktails for adults were the only scheduled events on our itinerary. ##### Michelle C. Claudius and Ester were very helpful and responsive. The house was fantastic with beautiful views. Very open floor plan and large enough for our group of 10\. Large kitchen and multiple ice makers were a big plus. House decor, art work and furnishings were top of the line. We were there for combination retirement and birthday vacation and everyone had a great time. We spent most of our home time outside around the pool, kayaking and swimming. Our extended family of ten adults and one 3 mo. old infant stayed recently at Moonshadow. We had more than enough space for all to find quiet places such as the pool area, the "Man cave" or a corner nook to set up a puzzle. We were especially impressed with the special features in the kitchen area such as the pull out ice machine, the pull out microwave drawer, and separate wine and cold drink chillers.
