Everything is close and you also have the seclusion as well. The owner’s and staff were very welcoming and gave us key information on where to go on what days. The water in front is shallow for a good distance. You can walk over to the Tiki bar in the water on a calm day. We loved our stay and would recommend getting a rental car if you can. The villa is perfectly decorated and furnished. The ocean out front of the villa was great for swimming or just hanging out. They were very thoughtful in providing details like beach chairs, snorkeling, paddle board, and just about whatever you need. The kitchen was well stocked. I kiteboarded and it was a four minute drive to a great kiteboarding launch spot. We highly recommend it. Also note this is one villa as part of a four villa compound, so you can travel with larger groups or if you don't you will see other folks, but there was still plenty of privacy. ##### Scott M.
