### Modern Villa in Turks and Caicos

The beach in Grace Bay is only a short distance away from the stylish and modern Villa Cyan. Its large outdoor areas are perfect for taking advantage of the tropical weather, and its light-filled, contemporary interiors make it the perfect choice for family getaways. Whether lounging by the fire pit with a glass of wine, swimming in the glistening pool, or softly hanging in a hammock, the completely gated property guarantees that you may unwind outside. Meals outside are made more enjoyable by the BBQ and covered dining area, and the hot tub is ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The house manager will help carry paddleboards and kayaks to the water's edge, set up seats, umbrellas, and coolers on the beach, and be there to mix drinks as needed.  
The immaculate interiors exude tranquillity, with high ceilings and crisp lines accentuated by a clean, white color scheme. Turquoise accents serve as a prelude to the ocean colors that are only 100 yards away. Dine in air-conditioned comfort in the open-plan great room with flat-screen TV and entertainment system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking easy while on holiday. If desired, a private chef can be added as an extra.  
  
All four of the bedrooms have contemporary ensuite bathrooms and are airy and light. One has twin beds that can be made into king size, while two have king size beds that open onto terraces. Kids adore the family room, which has twin bunks over a king-size bed.
