A very short walk from one of the best points on the world #1 Grace Bay Beach and probably the most convenient location on the island with every amenity within walking distance. The condo is so well located that it is less than 2 minutes to walk to the Gourmet grocery store and walking distance to many of the finest restaurants and stores on the island. It is possible to stay here without renting a car! The building is one road back from the beach, in the area with the most luxurious hotels (Grace Bay Club, Seven Stars & The Ritz Carlton are the closest). The condo is in a new building completed in 2019\. This unit is very clean and well equipped. We did a mix of cooking our meals in and going out to eat. Wonderful selection of really good restaurants are very close by and within a short walk. There is a gourmet grocery store right across the street which has an amazing selection of meats and produce as well as everything else you could want. The grocery store also had a nice selection of wines, beer and liquor. The main strip of Grace Bay is a very short walk out your front door. Same goes for the public beach of Grace Bay Beach.
