### Luxury Villa with a View in Leeward

Villa Sade combines inventive design with expansive views to create a delightful sensory experience. This modern estate is a marvel of indoor-outdoor design, perched on the shores of Grace Bay, allowing direct access to one of the island's best reefs and framing breathtaking, unimpeded seascapes. You get exclusive use of an infinity pool situated on a patio that melds perfectly with the beach behind it. After a kayak ride in the morning, dive in to rinse off the salt or spend peaceful afternoons lounging on the sunbathing shelf. You won't spend much time indoors when you have an outdoor shower and barbecue.  
The great room, which features pocketing glass doors and a double height ceiling, is a dramatic open-to-the-weather living area where the crisp architectural lines are softened and given personality by hardwood accents and vivid bursts of color.  
  
There are separate living, eating, and cooking areas with sofas facing the greatest views of the ocean, a TV, a six-person dining table, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and glossy white surfaces. You'll be excited to cook in this area because of its large over-counter window that glides open to let in the sound of whispering palms and its sink with an ocean view. The two bedroom apartments offer seclusion for two couples, with one right above the other. Both have ocean views and corner doors with subtle Asian touches; one opens immediately onto the pool patio, while the other opens onto a sun-drenched private balcony. But the opulent bathrooms, with their separate Kohler walk-in showers and large soaking tubs filled by dramatic ceiling outlets, are the height of luxury.
