Perched on the ridge, bright, breezy and breathtaking. Watch the sunrise over Long Bay beach from the front deck. Watch it set over the hills off the back deck or from the pool. Star gaze from the second floor balcony. The high ceilings and practical use of outdoor space in this quaint home make it feel larger than it is. With no direct neighbours on either side, it's an ideal vacation home for a couple wanting a very private getaway, a small group of friends, or a family with up to 4 kids who don't mind close quarters and want to be close to the beach. The mezzanine can have either one or two queen size beds set up depending on your groups needs. But be mindful, there is no AC in the common space and if you plan to sleep with windows closed the mezzanine can get warm during he summer months. The master bedroom has a king size bed, AC, 6 foot window, closet and ensuite bathroom. The WIFI works throughout the house and there's a smart TV in the living room with Apple TV connected for access Netflix and other apps. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept with a spiral staircase leading to the mezanine. Ceiling fans and windows throughout the house to keep it cool even on the warmest days. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Dine al fresca at the table for 6 on the front deck. Secluded Long Bay beach with it's shallow waters and steady easterly breezes is a 10 minute walk from the house. While the world famous Grace Bay Beach and the more touristy shopping areas is a short 5 minute drive away. The house is protected with a security system and all the doors and windows have hurricane rated stainless steel security screnes installed so you can feel safe and secure in paradise.
