You cannot get closer to Taylor Bay...

This luxurious romantic villa is located on beautiful private Taylor Bay Beach. This villa is part of a trio of beautifully designed luxury one bedroom vacation villa rentals on Taylor Bay beach, on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This is the middle villa, very private with wide-angle views of the sky and water. Taylor Bay is known for its white sand beach, gentle tide, and crystal clear waters. For the discriminating traveler who prefers the solitude and relaxation of a private villa, this villa is the perfect answer. This romantic one bedroom villa features contemporary decor across two levels of living space, a large private pool with outdoor patio, and just a few steps to the talcum powder soft, sandy beach. Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic celebration.

Both floors are dominated by the amazing views of the turquoise water and sky. The artfully decorated beach level living room features limestone floors, contemporary and comfortable furniture, and a 40” flat screen TV with cable. The beautiful kitchen is fully furnished, and there is also a BBQ grill on the patio. The dramatic master bedroom upstairs features a king sized bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, high Bali-styled wood peaked ceiling, and custom made furnishings. The spectacular views dominate every room. The second floor balcony off of your bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. This villa also has access to the private community tennis courts, a two minute walk from the villa.

The island has many fantastic restaurants about a 10 – 15 minute drive. My husband and I are happy to recommend island activities you may enjoy. Or you might just prefer to enjoy your own private slice of paradise and spend your days swimming and lounging.

Air conditioning is metered to encourage thoughtful use with the doors and windows closed. The first $200 of usage is free, and guests are responsible for any usage over that amount There are two zones, upstairs and downstairs.

Villa rental rate includes a mid-week cleaning and an orientation at the villa with the Property Manager. Villa also includes: wireless internet, beach chairs and umbrellas, and pool floats. Each villa has a two-man kayak and paddle board. A 12% Turks and Government tax will be added to all villa rentals and there is a $235.00 per week cleaning fee.

We had a great stay and would stay here again. Taylor Bay was our favorite beach on the island and you can’t beat the convenience of being beachfront. The water is very calm and there is almost no drop off, perfect for kids. Saw stingrays and turtles every day. The house is beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Very open floor plan that worked well for our family of four. We took advantage of the pool, kayak, paddle board, tennis court and beach chairs. Good security (and parking) as the drive is gated and there is an alarm. Seamless and responsive checkin/out process. Only things to be aware of are that the public access walkway to the beach is next door, but we had no issues other than this end of the beach can get busy (it was Easter break). And you are 15-20 minutes drive from downtown and the main grocery store, but we preferred the quiet locale and rented a car.

We had an amazing time! The house was fantastic and the property manager was so helpful. The house was stocked with beach towels/ chairs/ cooler/ Bose speakers and more. Before we arrived the property manager sent us a great list of restaurants and grocery stores. This place was a dream. We will definitely come back again

Honeymoon paradise

Totally fabulous. Villa is exactly as pictured and the pool and landscape are pristine! Our view of Taylor Bay was breathtaking. Get groceries, grill out and go to Las Brisas around the corner when you want to eat out! Loved this place!

Exactly what we were looking for
My husband and I were looking for an extended weekend getaway to relax. We wanted a pool and a beach that required little effort. Villa Sardinia checked all of the boxes and did not disappoint. Being pregnant I knew I would value convenience and a comfortable house. The pool was absolutely incredible- being able to float around with a book was the most relaxing. Having the option to walk down to the beach for a swim or change of scenery was perfect as well. Really can’t rave about this place enough. Bonus was we were able to watch the sunset with a quick walk down to the beach or just from the balcony. Sheree was fantastic with communication prior to us getting there and then Julian was very helpful once we were in Turks. Everything we could have wanted and more! We were thankful to be able to stay in a beautiful place for a few days!
