A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN
This beautiful home is stylish and clean and just what two burnt out New Yorkers needed at the end of winter. The seating in the main room is really comfortable, and we slept very well in the master bedroom with the sound of gentle waves lulling us to deep dreams. The kitchen is well-appointed and lacked for nothing. The layout is both cozy and luxuriously expansive in just the right way. We really enjoyed the views from the lanai in the early morning, where we sipped on coffee and watched the dawn light warm up the ocean. I recommend bringing a pair of binoculars so you can watch herons, pelicans and tiny doves up close. The beach is right there and so very relaxing. I beach-combed for pretty shells and really enjoyed the natural rugged beauty of the waters in the region. It rained heavily one day, and we had a front row seat to Mother Nature's event. Our host, Hal, was extremely responsive regarding a few questions we had (I was wondering what was biting me, and he cleared the mystery for me: no-see-ums that live in the dry seaweed on the beach - they don't bother everyone, in fact my husband didn't get one bite). I felt security was good and everything on the relaxed compound felt very secure and safe. I really don’t want to let everyone know how wonderful this place is, because I would really like to keep it as a secret, but we do very much look forward to returning. You will love your stay here. PS: Make sure to bring groceries / spices / spirits where you can....food and liquor prices are outrageous on the island.

Great place to enjoy the beach in a secluded and safe place.

Amazing stay!
Beautiful ocean front condo- lost of space for everyone, with the all the amenities and comfort of home. 2 King beds, 3 TVs, washer/ dryer. Every conceivable kitchen gadget, cocktail glasses (stemware, stemless) plastic tumbler, beach towels, beach bags- spare sun lotions, honestly everything has been thought of. Lots of seating at the private beach. Never had a problem finding a lounger at the pool. This is a secluded & quiet resort, which is what we love and why we come. This is our second time at this property. Hal- the condo owner, is a doll, very responsive, and first class! We’ll be back again.

Great spot to enjoy with family
This was a great space for my family. We spent a week enjoying the beach and pool, very quiet resort and grounds were very well kept. The unit had everything you need and the owner was very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend! Thanks Hal!

Secluded paradise!
We were extremely pleased with our experience in this condo. The furnishings and décor were so beautiful. The condo was very spacious- plenty of room in the den to hang out. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Appliances were very nice quality. The entire condo was so clean, I felt like we were the first occupants! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn’t want to leave the bed! We appreciate both beds being king size. We appreciated the nice touches- large soft cooler bag, large beach bags, etc. We loved the ocean view through both the master room patio and den patio. Everything was as promised. Hal (the owner) was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely consider staying at this condo again. The resort was also very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool area, boardwalk to beach, beautiful flowers throughout. The pool and beach rarely had more than a couple of other families. The resort was very quiet and secluded; however, be aware the resort is a good 25 minutes to most other places. We didn’t mind though- the difference in price was well worth it in our opinion. We also walked all the way to the NW Point (national park)- bring water- it’s a long hike but worth the view!

Lovely.....
We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is beachfront and you can sit on the balcony and take it all in. At night we left the windows open so we could hear the small waves roll in. It was nice to be away from all the big resorts but close enough to visit in just a short drive. Enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful place!
Loved the villa. Lovely and beautifully updated. Not being familiar with Turks and Caicos and the various areas, i was not aware of the area. I was a little scared when the highway ends and you continue on the dirt road. So...I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a little windy the week we were there, and we could not sit on the beach, which was disappointing, but we loved the pool. We also visited a couple of beach areas that were a little more protected from the winds. We highly recommend the property.

Northwest Point is beautiful.
The condo was perfect. Everything clean and spotless. Beach bags to use, lots of sunscreen, shampoos, etc., etc. The kitchen was great. We never cooked in, but enjoyed having such a beautiful kitchen just the same. The views from the deck are wonderful and the breezes are great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and everything was exactly as Hal said it would be.

This is the one of the nicest condos we have stayed at using VRBO! We gave it a 5 star!
Absolutely stunning property that does not disappoint. Interior is gorgeous and Hal has taken the utmost care in assuring his guests are comfortable. We spent 10 luxurious days enjoying the islands and beaches and each night we consistently said we loved coming back to the serenity of the condo at NorthWest Point! We loved Hal’s book of advice and checked out his recommendations on beaches and restaurants! Eddie cooked us a few excellent meals at the onsite restaurant... and we did utilize the outside grills! There was one incident one night when we came home, the condo above us had some sort of hot water heater leak and it was coming into our condo. We notified Charles (Propery Manager) he was on it right away. Nancy the housekeeper was there as well. This was at 10 pm at night. They were all over the issue and took care of the situation ASAP! Really a special place and we most certainly will return. Best kept secret in Turks & Caicos! Thanks Hal!

The breeze on NWP takes the edge off the hot days, and makes lounging around in the evenings sooo nice. Fresh air instead of being closed in with air conditioning. Very quiet and peaceful ... This Condo was beautiful! So relaxing and right on the water!
We loved the fact it was off the beaten path away from the busy areas. We went out during the day exploring then came back to Condo for dinners. We aren’t party people so this place was perfect! The drive into town wasn’t far and so easy to do. This was by far my favorite place I’ve been to and we’ve been to several places in the Caribbean. The waters are unlike anything else I’ve ever seen! And being able to stay In such a beautiful Condo was icing on the cake! We will be returning for sure!

Gated Intimate Resort with Stunning Views of Ocean
Vista Del Mar has everything you could possible need and then some. It is extremely well stocked and furnished, all you need to pick up from the store is food and drinks. The unit is a home away from home and was clean and inviting. The views from the balconies were breathtaking and we constantly had a nice ocean breeze when doors and windows were open. We only needed the a/c for sleeping at night. We walked the beach daily in the morning before driving into town. We had drinks and lunch at the resort from Eddie...he made amazing fish tacos! The IGA in town has anything you may need to purchase for meals you may want to make at the condo. Our top places on Providenciales for the best food and most importantly "customer service" was #1 Chinson's Grill Shack (food and drinks were fantastic but the owner and staff made us feel so welcome.) #2 Somewhere Bar & Restaurant at Coral Gardens Resort (we had a breakfast and dinner both there and again the food, drinks, owner and staff couldn't be complemented more) #3 Shark Bite (and once again great food, drinks and customer service) We did have drinks and food at other locations on the island but these 3 definitely deserve 5 star ratings!!! Taylor Bay is a very secluded and gorgeous place to go wading or swimming with very shallow and clear water. Also, Sapodilla Bay Beach is a picturesque, pristine, white sand beach which is great for wading, swimming, paddle-boarding and other water sports. Umbrellas & chairs, food and water equipment may be rented here. We had a wonderful afternoon of paddle boarding on this beach. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat after a day mingling with the crowds, Vista Del Mar is for you! A little out of the way, but so worth the tranquility & beauty of the place!

Fantastic, 5 star accommodations!
My wife and I had an incredible 25th anniversary trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. In addition to the great place to stay, there were so many extras along the way that made this trip easy and care free, from sunscreen, to beach chairs and coolers, to allowing us to check out a little later in the day. The house had everything we could possibly need. Due to the warm ocean breezes coming off of the water, we didn’t need to use the AC once. Northwest Point Resort was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, which was exactly why we chose this location. Our trip to Turks and Caicos was amazing...if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Great Trip!
We have been to Turks and Caicos many times, and always stayed on Grace Bay. This time, we decided to try something new and stay out at Northwest Point. We are so pleased with our decision. This condo is perfect for a couple or family. It is directly oceanfront, with a long balcony. The condo had all we needed for our stay, including beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach bags and many, many more things. It is obvious that the owner has taken good care, as the unit is very well maintained. The furniture and appliances look new, and we never had any problems. We knew that Northwest Point is a bit away from the crowds and a drive to the hub of the island. This is exactly what we wanted. If you are the type that needs to be in the middle of the action, and have constant nightlife, this may not be the place for you. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will definitely return.

A slice of paradise !
Beautiful condo with priceless, up-close view of the beach. Having your morning tea or evening beverage on the balcony is a vacation itself. A very short walk to both the beach and the heated pool, so much so that we would just walk back, make a sandwich for lunch and return to the beach or pool, no need to pack a lot up for the day. There was never a problem getting a chair on the beach or at the pool unlike other island resorts we have travelled to. The ocean has sea grass but we were able to swim around it and find our own pockets of perfect water to float all our cares away in. We traded the beaches at Grace Bay that have no sea grass for the peaceful remoteness and tranquility at this hidden gem and would do it again. Travel by car is quick to Grace Bay, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The only problem we had was that we had to leave! Can't wait to return.

Piece of paradise!!!!!!
Condo was everything we'dhoped for and more!! Northwest Point is the perfect blend of both worlds....gorgeous beach, great pool, beautiful grounds....and quiet. This condo had a million dollar view.....we watched pelicans diving every morning. Fell asleep to tropical breezes and sound of waves every night. And condo itself was beautiful and comfortable! We loved it!!!!!

Point of Paradise
The Vista Del Mar is truly a home away from home! Our family vacation with our "children" who are young adults now was perfect. The villa is beautiful. It is removed from the Grace Bay area, if you want to get away from it all, this is your place.

Great week in Turks and Caicos!
My family of four had the opportunity to stay at Vista Del Mar to celebrate my younger daughter's graduation from high school the third week of May. We could not have been more pleased with the condo and the property as a whole. The unit was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean when we arrived. Even though there were other guests at the complex, many days when we had the beach and pool to ourselves. Hal, the owner was great to work with in setting up the reservation and is very knowledgeable about the island. As it was our first time to the Turks and Caicos Islands, his recommendations of restaurants and directions to other areas and beaches of Provo were excellent and much appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see the owner's one bedroom unit (Palmas Del Mar) which is beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend Vista Del Mar to anyone looking to stay in a beautiful condo located in a private island setting. My family and I look forward to staying there again!

Amazing Place to Stay!
The Resort is beautiful -- very quiet, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The Condo was excellent -- the pictures are EXACTLY how the place looks. Its very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The beds are super comfortable and TVs in every room. Hal's list of where to go, where to eat, etc was also perfect. Absolutely splendid!
When my wife and I travel, we like to have a place of refuge from the crowds and noise, but still be close enough to the activities, dining, and goings-on that we're able to participate as we choose. This unit was perfect for us! The buildings of the Northwest Point Resort are literally (no, really - *literally*) the only buildings in sight for miles in any direction. It's like your own private island paradise. As fabulous as the view looks from the pictures, it only gets better in person - nothing but palm trees, beach, and ocean to see. And the resort was so quiet that we felt like we had it to ourselves the whole time (even though there were a lot of other people there!). Hal has done a wonderful job making this unit feel like home. Feel like sitting on the beach? There are beach chairs to use. Afraid of getting too much sun? There's a beach umbrella that you can use. Wouldn't it be nice to have a cooler to keep your beverages cold on the beach? Oh look - there are three - all in different sizes! Forgot your sunscreen? No problem, there's plenty right on premises (not for sale, just there to use). The unit is a good car ride from any other habitation, so I strongly recommend renting a car. The island is small enough that you can make your way anywhere you want to get in 30 minutes or less (unless you hit the morning school/commute traffic - then allow a bit extra). Hal also sent us a list of recommendations for things that people commonly ask for, as well as some recommendations that we specifically asked for. Every single one was spot on. He knows the island and describes accurately. We loved this unit and would certainly come back again!

Great place
This is an excellent unit, just as pictured and described. Hal keeps it very well equipped and maintained. Beach chairs and other beach/water gear is available. Hal has his own secured WiFi, which was excellent, instead of relying on the unsecured WiFi for the resort as a whole, which I gather is less than great. He provides excellent instructions just before you go. (I'm not sure we would have found some of the beaches without his instructions. Signage on Provo is not plentiful.) He also answered very promptly our questions in advance. Great walks along the beach from the resort, up through the park (saw Osprey up close). Good lounge chairs, etc. to sit on the beach at the Resort. There is sea grass in the water at the Resort, but I found that I could walk around it when we were there. You want to visit the other beaches in any case. If it's windy on the beach at the Resort, it'll probably also be windy at Grace Bay. Head over to Sapodilla Bay or one of the other beaches on the other side of the island or try Malcolm's Beach (but, in that case, you may want an SUV, since the road is rough, especially in one spot near the end). And if you like snorkeling, but aren't too adventurous, hit the beach next to Coral Gardens -- numerous colorful fish on the perimeter of a protected coral area just off the beach (walk right in). We had our small meals at the unit (shop at the IGA) and had lunch out while exploring most days. We did go out to eat dinner one night at Coco Bistro. It was expensive, but very good. However, it is extremely popular. In high season, call at least three weeks in advance (or, I gather, there is a small area for walk-ins -- go early).

Third Times a Charm
We discovered the Northwest Point Resort last year while sightseeing on Provo. We have stayed at several properties on Provo over the years, but never traveled to the Northwest Point of the island. We did some research and found the resort’s Vista Del Mar condo was available for our upcoming trip so we booked it. I guess we are hooked. In the last year we have stayed at Vista Del Mar three times and this time we brought some friends. The condo was just the way it looked during our last trip but with some new accents and upgrades. The two bedroom condo has plenty of space and great views of the ocean and beach. The furniture is modern, of high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with gourmet quality housewares and we were able to cook complete meals for two couples on several evenings. The pool renovations have been completed since our last visit, which turned out very nice. If you are into kite boarding, the constant 15 to 25 mph winds definitely make Northwest Point an option to Long Bay Beach. Northwest Point is only a 15 to 20 minute car ride from the airport and Grace Bay. However, we always took the scenic route making several stops along the way to our favorite spots like the Conch Shack, Somewhere or Shark Bite, to name a few. Hal, the owner along with Charles, the property manager are very attentive and genuinely want their guests to have a great time. If you want a relaxing vacation on Provo away from the crowds, still have a great beach, and get to all the hot spots in 20 minutes or less; then Hal’s Vista Del Mar condo at Northwest Point should be high on your list. Just don’t book our week, Hal and Charles; we are coming back in a few months, see you soon. Sharon and Randy

Nice and comfortable for us!
We are a seasoned group of travelers and found this rental to be perfectly suited for our needs! We rented a car and always found a parking spot right next to our unit. When we arrived, Nancy was finishing up her cleaning which was great for us as we chit-chatted with her a bit about NYE events and she not only gave us recommendations but even offered to drive us and pick us up! Of course we compensated her for this- much better than an island DUI or sitting inside the unit. We talked about how nice she was for the duration of our stay, couldn't believe how friendly she was to us. Made us feel like family! During our stay, I noticed the toilet flusher stuck and advised the owner just so he didn't have a crazy water bill and it was repaired within an hour from the maintenance staff. These things happen, no biggie but we were impressed with how quickly the maintenance team handled it. Cudos! More about the unit- has everything you need: bathroom toiletries, full kitchen items like pots/pans, cups, plates, etc, plastic cups for beach, utensils, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bath towels, comfortable living room, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets, even bug spray! Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, all the things to make our meals. Location is at the most northwest point, but only a 10 minute drive or so from airport and main area of Grace Bay. Very easy to find and we even explored the 1.5 mile nature trail next to the property and walked it all the way to the end which gave us the most awesome view of the island. We felt very safe at this location, and enjoyed the remoteness of it. During the day we'd drive into Grace Bay or one of the many other beaches then come back to the unit for pool and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here and will do when we return!

Heaven on Earth!!
Vista Del Mar is absolutely spectacular!! The condo is very warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need or want is provided for you. You will see the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Snorkeling the coral reefs on the island is amazing! The best part is being able to enjoy an exclusive, private beach and resort in paradise. The resort is located on a very remote part of the island and is very private. You will not be disappointed!! This has been one of my favorite vacations in the Caribbean. I absolutely love the natural beauty and it is the perfect beach getaway!!! We will definitely be going back!

Paradise!
We loved staying in Vista Del Mar. You feel like a celebrity to have the resort and beach practically to yourself! The condo is even nicer in person and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! We will absolutely be back!
