Prime location! First level 1500 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo/apt in downtown Providence. Experience the city and enjoy the beauty of this historic street. We are located directly on Broadway and just steps away from all the city has to offer. Walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, Atwells Ave (Federal Hill) Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), PPAC, water fire, train station and so much more! Conveniently, there are two great restaurants right across the street as well as a convenience store. Dedicated off street parking, for two vehicles. Additional free street parking as well. We are located in a high traffic area with street noise so please be keep that in mind.
