I had specified that we would like extra towels and linens for the trundle and they were in the room when we arrived. Excellent customer service in the breakfast area. The breakfast itself could have been a little better. The scrambled eggs were the powdered variety. The pool was a little small, but the kids still had fun. The hot tub was fantastic. I love that there was a bathroom in the pool area. Our son and my husband enjoyed the workout room as well. The hotel was very near the hospital and seem to be in a nice, safe area."
