Set all on one floor, this lovely home by the water is ready to host your lakeside getaway. Take in fresh air out on the furnished deck, or relax in comfort in the central air conditioning inside. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, so getting ready will be a breeze. You`ll be able to start relaxing immediately when you come back - just set your lake clothes to go in the private washer/dryer. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up tasty and delicious meals, and there`s plenty of space to sit together! The flatscreen TV in the family-friendly common area also features a DVD player, so you`ll be able to watch your favorites together at night. Of course, lake views come standard at this home!

This home`s secluded location is part of its charm! Dreher Island State Park is just under four miles away for lovely time in nature. If you need to stock up on groceries or just enjoy a little dose of city life, Chapin is eight miles away with plenty of dining options and amenities. If you`re up for a day trip, enjoy the lovely views of Harbison State Forest 23 miles away.

Please be aware the ramp behind the garage is not for guest use. Guests are more than welcome to use the ramp a few miles down the road at Dreher Island.

To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
