Just opened 2 months before I stayed and since it was not a vacation season the owner let us use the room alone. Breakfast was good and sufficient, location was perfect, even free city walk tour was available!! Eventually I spoke to the manager on the phone who told me I couldn't not stay as there were no beds available anywhere, and my booking shouldn't have gone through. This isn't after I had booked and payed in full for the room. I still have not received a refund and they are ignoring my emails and calls.
