Fournir impérativement le plan pour récupérer clés
Cet appartement est très agréable, un T2, très calme, face à la montagne. Il y a un bémol de taille: Il faut aller récupérer les clés de l'appartement, à un endroit différent de celui où on loge. Cela a été très difficile à trouver, le "quartier" a des dédales de rues. Un conseil: il faudrait, impérativement, pour éviter que les gens ne se perdent (et je ne suis pas la seule), avertir les usagers, par Internet, dès la confirmation de la réservation, du détail de la route à prendre, dans les 2 destnations (clés, et appartement): ceci, même s'ils n'en font pas la demande. Ainsi, cela évitera aux personnes de se perdre. Si cette précaution n'est pas respectée, je trouve rédhibitoire de loger dans ces conditions.
