We haven't had anything else like it during our various trips to the Hawaiian Islands. The unit is a little older, but very well maintained, with a newer couch and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a high speed blender and an instant pot. There is a closet with beach items, including chairs, but we chose to upgrade to nicer chairs from a local shop that rents them out, since we spent so much time at all of the different beaches on the north shore.
