Vaulted ceilings with lots of brand new windows and a professional decorator touch gives the space an “I-love-this-place” feeling. THE KITCHEN: The newly renovated kitchen with all new major appliances also includes all the hardware (pots, pans, coffee maker, instant pot, crock pot, Blendtec blender, Keurig, KitchenAid mixer and more) that you need for comfortable cooking and dining at home. You'll find a second fridge in the garage. THE GREAT ROOM: A well furnished, comfortable living room boosts a large-screen Smart TV, a cozy leather sectional, board games, and some favorite books for beach reading. A large (95") oval dining table and expansive counter height island will accommodate group dining. Al fresco dining on the back patio. THE BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms have large screen TVs. Three bedrooms have King sized beds and also have their own private-access lanais through beautiful new sliding glass doors. Seriously, parking in Princeville is tough, so having a place with parking and being walking distance to the nearby beaches / Queen’s Bath, like our house, is huge. We were a group of eight women on a birthday trip and there was plenty of space for us all. The three bathrooms were fantastic and beautiful. Lots of room for all of us to hang out in the living room and dining room. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We were all very impressed! The garage was also well stocked with everything for the beach. The washers and dryers were great and we all loved the hot tub. Overall, fantastic stay. I can’t wait to come back with my family. The location is perfect - close by hideaway beach , queen’s bath, a foodland and lots of restaurant . it is a quick 10-15 drive to hanalei bay . Beach chairs , umbrellas , coolers , because towels etc are available for guests’ use. We enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood in the early morning hours . i would stay here again if we even visit Kaui again . ##### VICTORIA M. Immaculate inside and out. We especially love the fully stocked garage for our outdoor adventures, the kitchen for all the cooking/baking and the outdoor shower and hottub. We have used VRBO exclusively for family vacation rentals over the last 5years and this one topped them all. It was so clean, so organized and so well stocked it felt just like home! Séjour de 6 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Robert B. 12 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect in Princeville I am reluctant to write glowing reviews of wonderful properties as it makes it so much harder to book them in the future but Renee and Paul's place in Princeville is ALL THAT! I was lucky to find this house prior to their renovation. The space, bedrooms and bathrooms, looked right for our family but the decor was dated. Renee and Paul have swept in and created a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home that fits perfectly into the Hawaii vibe while creating a sanctuary for our family. A bountiful Welcome Basket greeted us with coffee, goodies and snacks. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable, the kitchen tricked out with everything you could need to cook. The addition of the hot tub was a huge bonus and a welcome respite after a long day of hiking or swimming. The garage is full of gear for snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing and there are 4 bikes which we used every day to reach our favorite beaches. TWO sets of washers and dryers will more than handle your laundry needs. And the communication with Renee and Paul was seamless. They were so excited to welcome visitors to their new home. Ice making was a bit of a challenge so pick up a bag at Foodland for the mai tais and the Wifi was a bit spotty but is being addressed. But it's WAY more fun to be outside than staring at a phone! Honestly...I can't think of ANYTHING that gave us pause to recommend this place 100%! A+++. Thank you Renee and Paul for a memorable stay! ##### Robert B. Our group of 4 adults, a 6-year old and a 18 month old loved staying at Renee's place. The house is spacious, comfortable and cozy. The large open layout of the living room and kitchen was a great hang out spot when cooking breakfast and getting ready for the day. Four bikes in the garage allowed us to bike down to the local grocery store (Foodland)! Anything and everything you need for the beach is provided. ##### Basia K.
