The location is great and the house came with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family and a beautiful view from the upstairs balcony. We had a problem with the microwave during our stay and the host was very responsive to assist in fixing the issue. However, I will say this home needs a deep clean. While the home was cleaned prior to our arrival, the house appears to receive a lot of wear and tear which is evident by the wear on the furniture and the overall cleanliness of the home. ##### Shelby D. The property is very clean and very spacious. Instructions for check in and out were very clear and simple. The house was a easy walk from the Queens bath, and a short drive to Hanalei bay. It is less than a five minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai. ##### Rahul B. Management was terrible, told me 3 times they’d “make it up to us” but never did. Full of excuses and no action. There are hundreds of properties in the area.
