This condo has a fully equipped, up to date kitchen with new black and stainless cooktop stove, Blender, toaster, rice cooker - steamer and crock pot. Newly tiled walk in shower, bathroom and vanity. This unit provides a Reserved Parking Space. Beach chairs and cooler are also included. A wide variety of activities are literally right out the door, Princeville Makai Golf course and tennis courts are across the street. Hideaways Beach for swimming and snorkeling is within walking distance. The Princeville walking - jogging path will lead you to sunset views overlooking the North Shore. Beautiful Hanalei Bay and Kauai's North Shore are only 10 minutes away by car.

Beautiful spot - superb!
We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful vacation home. It was super clean, warm and comfy and fully stocked with everything you need! Washer/dryer on site a real bonus too! The lanai is large and very private with the gorgeous trees in front - being covered over means you can still enjoy Kauai coffee or dinner on the lanai even when it’s raining. Mike was superb to deal with - we had the pleasure of meeting him in person too - he was super helpful and responded in minutes of an inquiry! We couldn’t have enjoyed staying here more and will definitely be back soon! Thanks Mike, you are a premier and fantastic host - Aloha!

This lovely condo was exactly as shown! Really well set up and spacious for my husband and I. We enjoyed the kitchen and huge lanai as well as the huge shower. Mike was easy to communicate with and answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Mike!!

2 week stay in Princeville/Kauai
My wife and I came out to Kauai for two weeks as part of a Hawaii vacation. This is by far the nicest island and the Hanalei side is the most beautiful. Mike was an excellent host. The condo was clean and has a great kitchen. Cooler and beach chairs provided. Nice pool. Easy access for surfing, snorkeling or hiking. Locals live there as well so not a party spot (quiet). Great place

Last minute trip to Kauai
My husband and I decided to visit Kauai last minute and found this beautiful condo on Vrbo. We absolutely loved staying there, property was very nice, beautiful and clean with everything we needed for our 1 week stay, I noticed how organized everything was and had little notes on how to use stuff and reminders, loved having full sized washer and dryer in the unit next to kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bedroom had extra blanket and pillows in the closet that I really needed and appreciated (I get cold at night easily) Condo was more roomier than we expected, we felt like home. Check in and out was easy, communication was very easy mostly through text. Mike was very friendly and helpful, we had no issues at all. We will definitely be back and say here again. Thank you Mike for your hospitality !

Fantastic place, a little hard to find
Everything about this condo was better than we expected, with one small exception. The unit was a little hard to find within the complex, and it was even harder to find the assigned parking space. But for this problem, everything would have been perfect.

The unit was so beautiful and clean and well equipped. A very comfortable accommodation with all the necessary amenities including beach gear. We didn’t need the upstairs space at all, but a great space for two additional people. Big lanai, fans everywhere to keep it cool. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Mahalo!
