Our newly remodeled condo sleeps 4\. The large master bedroom features a new king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Your private master lanai offers beautiful mountain views. Included in the great room is a new memory foam queen sofa and a second full bath. The dining area adjoins a full kitchen with lovely garden views. All new stainless appliances complement custom black granite countertops. The kitchen offers a wonderful area to prepare meals for the dining area or the second outside covered lanai, which includes another dining area. A new washer/dryer combo is located within the condo. For beach time, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and a cooler. For little ones, a pack n play and high chair are provided. The Cliffs Resort has so much to offer: Two custom pools with two spas (even an adults only area), tennis courts, basketball court, kids play area, exercise room, and even a golf pitch and putt green. The Cliffs Concierge can arrange all sorts of activities, even yoga on the ocean bluff. Adirondack chairs are placed along the ocean bluff for just relaxing, or whale watching during the winter months. A property like the Cliffs has a much more corporate feel which has its pluses and minuses. The condo was very clean and outfitted with needed supplies and many nice-to-haves including beach gear. The kitchen amenities could use a review—very little microwave safe dishes (despite there being a microwave), a toaster that’s on its last days, lack of storage containers. The ice maker is a welcome plus! The biggest downfall of this condo is the sleeper sofa, which is honestly not appropriate for sleeping. In my opinion it should be considered for replacement but definitely not offered as a viable sleeping option. Overall the condo was a good fit for us and we’d consider staying at this location again on a future visit to the Garden Island! ##### Molly & Christopher W. The unit does not have air conditioning but has a nice cross breeze when the windows are open. It has ceiling fans and stand alone fans, we were never too warm. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes with a few pots and pans. There are food trucks that come to the Cliffs on certain nights. When you check in the staff gives you a calendar of events. The pizza from Carabella's was awesome. There are also bikes for rent at the complex. The only downside to this condo is waking up at 3:30 am to roosters crowing! It is Kauai and they are all over the island. ##### Carolyn D. We chose to switch it up this year and choose another condo on the property. This unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, quiet (aside from the roosters - not much you can do about that). This was a great value to be able to still enjoy the Cliffs property. The balcony has a nice garden view where the cardinals, mynas, and doves visited us every morning and dinner. Above all is the location by the sea and wonderful sandy beach. Helen and Barry are wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to maximize our stay. We particularly appreciated their kind offer for a late check-out so we could take advantage of our last day before flying out. The pavilion and nearby BBQs make the place perfect for dinner all fresco. We will definitely come back. ##### Anne Marie B. My fiancé and I loved this condo! It was exactly what we were looking for with a nice pool, kitchen, views, walking distance from some adventures. They go above and beyond at the cliffs with service and hospitality. Bike rentals, tennis, pickleball, and others are available free of charge as well! The condo provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkels (warning: try to snorkels with caution, they don’t all work very well). The bed was very comfortable and the condo was cozy and felt like home! The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return! ##### Britt C.
