Note to self, maybe we'll look into a second story unit next time. Our upstairs neighborhoods were very disrespectful. Lots of angry yelling that left us feeling a little unsettled. ##### Amy L. This unit was exactly what we wanted: Amazing views all day long and especially at sunset right from the lanai! Every morning was coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean and that was spectacular. It is showing it’s age, needs a little minor TLC and could have less furniture. Afternoons were nice and can get hot outside with setting sun. Priced right for location. Glad we stayed there. ##### Rolf E.
