Step into this completely remodeled luxury residence with expansive, breathtaking mountain panoramas. This townhome is nothing short of extraordinary and will undoubtedly captivate your heart.  
  
Begin your day with a cup of coffee on your own private full-length lanai bar, where the sweeping mountain views will nourish your soul. As the day unfolds, witness the sunset, distant waterfalls, and tropical birds from any of the three lanais.  
  
Our home features an open kitchen with quartz countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Instapot, and various other essentials for all of your culinary endeavors. There is a BBQ for grilling in the pool area. For dining out, you’ll find a wide selection of options nearby in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea.  
  
There are two generously sized master suites, both of which offer scenic mountain vistas, king-size beds, and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The lower master suite covers nearly 800 square feet and includes an office nook with a sit-stand workstation and an additional HDMI screen, a smart TV, a walk-in shower and bathtub, and a private lanai. The upper master suite has a petite private lanai and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is slightly smaller and provides a garden view, a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower across the hall.   
  
This home is perfectly positioned to capture the refreshing trade winds. Simply open the lanai's sliding glass doors and allow the gentle tropical breezes to flow in. Additionally, wood-style flooring and ceiling fans in every room ensure a cool interior ambiance. We also offer A/C for your comfort.   
  
Entertainment options include a large smart TV in the living room, a DVD/Blu-Ray player, and Bluetooth speakers at your disposal. Additionally, we offer yoga mats, a yoga strap, a couple of blocks, and a foam roller. For those who need to work remotely, two distinct desk workspaces offer mountain views that inspire productivity.   
  
Numerous beaches, including Hideaways, Annini, and Hanalei Bay, are within a 5-10 minute drive. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler are provided! You will also have access to the heated swimming pool and hot tub in the common area. Princeville offers an abundance of walking and biking trails to explore. For those looking for more adventure, amazing jungle hikes with breathtaking views and waterfalls are within driving distance. Also, be sure to explore the shops and restaurants in the charming town of Hanalei (10-minute drive).  
  
A washer, dryer, and fragrant-free detergent are at your disposal within the unit.   
  
Please be aware that reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in may necessitate a 6pm check-in, contingent upon the cleaner's availability for short-notice requests.  
  
Please note, this is a tri-level home, so guests must be able to navigate stairs.
