We had a not terrible view of the ocean and there were 4 seats on the lanai so we could all be out there if we wanted. We had to call maintenance a couple of times for a few things (we were there for 3 weeks- something is bound to pop up). They were QUICK to respond. The condo came with all the amenities, including a decently set up kitchen, which was appreciated as we did cook quite a bit. They provided enough dishwasher pods and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.The condo is amazingly quiet! We could not hear any neighbors through the walls and if someone in our party stayed up later to watch tv or got up early, we had no idea. When the bedroom door was closed it was very quiet in the bedroom.It was truly a great experience and a perfect place for my dad’s 80th birthday. The area is really nice with partial views of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were good and the landscaping was pretty. The chairs and beach umbrellas were available for use on nearby beaches, which was a nice perk. We really enjoyed our stay on Kaui. ##### Scott K. Loved the location! Very convenient for north shore activities. Unit is in need of some tlc. Guest bathroom shower didn't work upon arrival. After second time it was fixed. Washer sounded like a freight train! Last night we were there, the water stopped working in the master bedroom toilet. The baseboard had water damage and was not repaired properly in the kitchen. Just doesn't seem like they take the time to do a quality check and make sure everything is in proper order for the next guest. Even though the unit was ready way before check in time, we were not allowed to check in till 4\. Just things management company should look into. ##### Debbie D. It was an ideal jumping off point to explore all that Kauai's North Shore has to offer. The check in process was easy and the management company very responsive. The condo was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. It was hot upon arrival but the high speed fans in the living room and bedrooms cool things down at night.
