A short walk to see the ocean and view sunsets. The property was clean, well appointed with everything we needed for a 12 day stay. The only concerns we had that are areas for improvement and repair: the washing machine needs to be repaired or replaced, it made the loudest most obnoxious sounds when in use, it literally sounded like an airplane jet engine was in the room with us. The wifi was not good at all, the exhaust fan in the master bath was extremely loud and not way to cut if off and the beds could use new mattresses. Overall very nice place to stay. ##### Wendy F. My husband and I and two kids, age 3 and 5, stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time! The unit is located right on the golf course and the building is really close to the ocean view. We walked to watch the sunset every night on the golf course, really spectacular! The pool area is small for children but clean. The unit has everything you need and property management is super responsive and easy to communicate with. What we loved most is the location of the property. The unit is perfectly located to incredible beaches, shops, and restaurants in Princeville. It’s family friendly and super laid back. Highly recommend for families! ##### jessica m. Biggest complaint was unit was advertised as air conditioned; however, clue was portable fans everywhere because only living room has ac. Also, as mentioned dishes and pots and pans and bedding are all worn and mismatched. The Parrish group is skimpy in giving only a few dishwashing tablets and dishwashing detergent etc. the unit needs a good cleaning. The fans were filthy and cabinets and appliances were grimy. The condo was fully equipped and in excellent condition, down to the sheets and pillows! Totally glad that we went with a condo with A/C. Easy walk to Hideaway beach with great snorkeling, we saw turtles during our swims. The St. Regis is just a few steps away from the Hideaway beach entrance, we enjoyed a nice cocktail and appetizer while listening to the evening guitarist/singers and beautiful sunset from the back lanai or you can enjoy the sunset from the viewing point just before the St. Regis entrance. The neighborhood was quiet and if you want to take a jog, there are nice walking trails throughout Princeville. The local market is only 2 miles away and had a great selection. It was also a quick easy drive to Hanalei Beach and other points on that side of the Island. To top it off, I forgot a few items in the condo and they kindly placed them in the mail to me.
