And we love that. I hear from them that they love the privacy and the open floor plan and that it has been completely remodeled. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6, and has two lanais, one on ground level and another in the primary bedroom upstairs overlooking the golf course. It has stainless steel appliances, full kitchen amenities, and bamboo floors. It's an end unit, so even though the condo has one attached, it feels very private and secluded. Our location, right next to the Westin Resort in Princeville, offers unparalleled convenience. Some of our guests enjoy a leisurely walk to the resort for their morning Starbucks, lunch, or dinner at Nanea Restaurant or a sunset cocktail by the pool. Others appreciate the proximity to the Makai Golf Course, one of the World's Most Stunning Golf Courses. And with Wyllie Beach just a 5-minute hike down the hill, you'll feel like you may never have to leave. This short hike leads to a long, beautiful private beach. For those who prefer to drive, the beautiful Anini is only 5 minutes away. We cherish the idea of adding more return visitors to our log. Superbe cuisine. À proximité de tout. Essayer le surf à Hanalei Beach avec nos 4 enfants fut une expérience incroyable. Et quelle magnifique plage. À moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Anini Beach se fait à pied, mais la descente est raide avec des Flip-flop ! Prévoyez plutôt des souliers. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Check-in facile. The condo is very comfortable and Ron was immediate with his email communication to all our questions. We had a party of six staying at the condo for our daughter's wedding. Ron (and the condo itself) was accommodating by providing us with an iron for our wedding clothes and allowing us to have a small dinner reception after the ceremony. We enjoyed how close we were to Wyllie Beach. The trail was steep and slippery but totally worth the hike! We are in our 50's and handled it carefully but also had so much fun being in the jungle and looking at the overwhelming foliage. We walked to the Princeville shops a lot and enjoyed how conveniently close it was. The condo itself is comfortable, met all our needs and made us feel at home. It could have been a bit more clean but overall, that was the least of our worries while having the most memorable and exciting time in Kauai. We used to be owners at Puamana and there have definitely been some beautiful upgrades in the complex since we were last there. The area is incredible. This was our first time with a 3 1/2 year old so it was a little different then our other visits but enhanced by his joy of life. Anini beach and Hanalei Bay were perfect for him and our family. We had quite a few cooking adventures in the well appointed kitchen and of course every morning we had to day hello to the local chickens and the shy grass. Our grown children used the loft, while we occupied the downstairs bedroom. There were enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 6 of us. The kitchen is modern with good quality stainless steel appliances, washer and drier. Sitting arrangement and TV with a good selection of channels in the living room were nice to spend evenings . The entire condo offers the island vibes with the colorful artwork. We could find everything we needed. The hosts Ron and Pam are friendly and attentive, they go out of their way to welcome and accommodate their guests. They keep in touch and are available to respond to any need (we didn't have any, but we knew that we could call right away). The Princeville neighborhood is so beautiful, exceptionally clean, with houses surrounded with lush greenery. It's amazing how rich the nature is in the North of Kauai, the views are unforgettable, like a dream. All the best beaches are within a short drive from the condo, with the farthest one - Ha'ena/Tunnels - being 30 min away. We loved all of them: Hanalei, Anini, and the local one at the end of a trail accessible by walking from the condo. We also walked to Queen's Bath, swam there and took pictures, it's doable if you like walking (the parking is very limited). It was easy for us to drive to the South: Waimea Canyon, Na Pali Coast (by a boat out of Port Allen), Poipu Beach. We bought some of our food at Princeville Shopping Center.
